International Association for a New Paradigm of Performance

“The platform for the executive interested in unprecedented performance”

Unprecedented Circumstances

We are living in an extraordinary time in history. We face an unprecedented global recession and leadership crises. We are in the midst of the largest ever recorded climate change and global warming with profound, yet to be realized, effects on the environment and communities. Additionally in Europe we are facing economic challenges in the next decades exasperated due to a rapidly decreasing labor population, low birthrates and dramatic increase in people aged 65 plus.

A Breakthrough in Organisational Productivity is Required

Given the unprecedented nature of the challenges today all the sources of guidance, conventional wisdom, best practices and direction (read- knowledge) have disappeared or are predicted to be insufficient.

The Current Model of Performance is Insufficient

To succeed in today’s environment of rapid, IN FACT EXPONENTIAL change and increasing competition, it is essential that organizations seek applications and practices that lie beyond the applications and practices allowed by the reigning model of performance.

The main initiatives and applications derived from the current model of performance – having to do with hiring, skills and behavioural training, motivating, and personal development, rewarding, disciplining, and (if all else fails) terminating – have been studied for nearly 80 years.

Despite considerable advice about how and when to apply each, the results have not translated into repeatable, scalable organizational success. Even the books written by successful executives, while informative, don’t seem to have the answer in practice. At present, 70 percent of corporate strategies fail, and 4 out of 5 planned change efforts fail.

Objective of the IANPP

The objective of the International Association for a New Paradigm of Performance is:

”to create an international platform for executives and academics and others who are committed to breakthroughs in productivity for themselves and their organisation by utilising the new Paradigm of Performance.”
